Richard Costa D'Sa's career launched in 2004 when he joined digital agency i-level, running the Gillette, Sony and William Hill accounts before progressing to director at the agency's social arm – Jam. After 11 years at the agency, Costa-D'Sa led its rebrand from Jam to DF London this year, creating Engine’s first global creative shop.
Since becoming chief executive he has taken on global responsibilities, with over 500 staff and seven offices across the UK, US and China. In 2015 the agency's awards wins include The Dadi Awards, Cannes Lions and Kinsale Sharks, with new clients such as Purina, Fire Safety and Amazon.
Costa D'Sa is also part of Bima's digital advisory council.
