As head of 160over90’s digital operation, Rachael supports a cross-disciplinary team to craft exceptional user experiences that drive consumer action – whether that's online or through in-person digital activations. A strategist by trade, her preferred approach is underpinned by collaboration and a heavy focus on user behavior. Along with a team of UX & content strategists, creatives, engineers and producers, Rachael works to maximize the impact of digital technology for 160over90's clients across verticals including consumer goods, sports and entertainment, higher education, and financial services.
