She joined Ogilvy in 2000, and overhauled the agency’s broadcast and video editing capabilities.
She also implemented the agency’s Innovation Lab, which has recently has been focusing on its relationship with the UK startup community as well as the future of retail.
Yershon is involved in Ogilvy’s Rough Diamond programme which seeks to find future talent within the industry.
