Naddy Onions started her career over ten years ago at an online magazine, and says she "never imagined the digital and social media possibilities" she would be delivering today.

Joining Grayling almost four years ago as a digital director, she was promoted to head of UK digital in January 2015, leading a team to work across the whole of the Grayling UK portfolio - from winning in search strategies for Diageo and blogger outreach for PayPal to live social media management for a Westfield shopping centre launch.
