Michael Olaye kicked off his agency career at full-service agency Hyperlink-Interactive in 1999, developing WAP, ActionScript and Lingo.
Afterwards he jumped ship to small Surrey-based startup Xplorer and undertook stints at RY and the BBC.
In 2001, he was a founding member of creative agency U-dox, where he spent nine years working on projects for the likes of Adidas, MTV and Nike.
One decade on he set up the current in-house digital team at Havas Worldwide London, before moving to Inside Ideas Group in 2016, where he is the on-site specialist’s chief technology officer. He is also the CEO of digital creative agency Dare, which is part of the Inside Ideas Group. Away from the office, he’s also a keen Capoeirista.
