Universal Everything

Matt Pyke is the founder and creative director of Universal Everything and a media artist and designer.

His work explores the tension between abstract and figurative form and the synesthesia of sound and image, and his approach is led by materials, painting and sculpting with new technologies and formats including 3D printing, touch screens, motion capture and large format video.

With a background in botanical and technical illustration, then design and typography, he often works with collaborators including programmers, musicians and choreographers. His work has exhibited at Media Space, London, Moma, New York, and the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing.

Universal has worked on a number of design-led projects with global brands and bands including Radiohead, Chanel, Intel, Nike and Audi.
