Laurier Nicas Alder has been working in digital for almost a decade, starting her career in digital PR at Hill+Knowlton Strategies before moving into the charity sector in a broader digital marketing role for Dogs Trust.

She moved back to agency-side in 2013, accepting a position at TMW Unlimited.

As head of social, she manages a team of 20 social media managers and social content producers, working across 40 household names, including brands within Unilever and RB as well as Infiniti, Canon and Virgin Trains. She recently steered the team to 19 nominations at The Drum’s Social Buzz Awards.
