Jide Sobo is responsible for driving the growth of the mobile channel at MEC. He brings rich experience in mobile with over 12 years of direct industry experience.
He started working for mobile operators in 1999 and developed the mobile advertising proposition for 3 UK in 2005. Since that time, he has worked for mobile ad network AdMob and IPG’s full service mobile agency Ansible.
He has played a key role in creating MEC’s global Mobility Design product offering, which defines the mobile services that MEC offers across strategy, asset development, media, reporting and measurement.
Sobo has worked with Weber Shandwick on its Cannes Lions winning work for GSK, as well as with Microsoft, Burberry, Tiffany, MasterCard, Paramount and many others.
