A multi-award-winning, Edinburgh-based creative, Gav Gordon-Rogers has worked in advertising for the past 18 years, helping or directly leading three agencies to be named the UK's Digital Agency of the Year on eight occasions.
He co-founded Lost Boys one year ago, having previously worked as an interactive creative director at Wieden+Kennedy and an executive creative director at Agency Republic.
He started his career as a film director, creating music promos for acts including Belle & Sebastian and Paul McCartney. He says none of these artists were as difficult to control as his two young daughters.
