Caspar Schlickum has only worked for two employers since graduating, one in banking, and WPP for whom he now heads up Xaxis’ EMEA offering.
As chief executive he is responsible for managing the operations and leading the strategic development of the business.
Over the last 12 months he has helped the firm expand in 21 markets, with over 400 employees focusing on its 2000 clients.
He has extensive experience in digital media and audience insight driven marketing, having spent four years at Mindshare as a global client lead, and one year within Kantar, the holding company for WPP’s research and insight businesses.
