During Andrew Lawrence’s time at Elmwood he has been responsible for the creative direction of many of the firm’s largest clients across corporate, packaging and retail sectors.

He has contributed to the agency's growth from a single studio in Leeds to a successful independent international consultancy.

A trustee board member of D&AD, Lawrence is also a visiting lecturer on the Sorrel Foundation’s Saturday Club – an initiative aimed at giving young people aged 14–16 the unique opportunity to study art and design every weekend.
