Amy Kean admits that she had “initial ambitions to be a do-gooder” and work in educational policy, but says she quickly realised she was far better “socially and emotionally” suited to PR.
After focusing on social media and entering the agency world she moved into media in 2009 working for clients such as Domino’s, the BBC and Sony Music.
In 2014 she took on the role of head of futures for Havas Media, launched Havas Media Labs and became the course leader and lecturer for media planning and strategy at Bournemouth University. This years Labs ran creative tech campaigns for Clark's Shoes, Pernod Ricard and Paco Rabanne.
In September 2015, Kean was appointed strategy lead for Mindshare across the Asia Pacific region, charged within implementing the businesses' data-driven thinking across 15 markets.
