Adrian Caroen
chief executive
Seymourpowell
After a short stint at microwave manufacturer Merrychef as part of his award package for the RSA Young Designer of the Year, Caroen started as a junior designer at Seymourpowell in 1989.
Over the last 26 years he has worked with a wide variety of clients including Nokia, Casio, Minolta, Ideal Standard and Aqualisa, as well crafting future concept work for car, train and aero interiors.
In 2005, he diverted from his product design roots to build Seymourpowell's successful packaging innovation team. Four years later he returned to the product and transport team and in November 2014 was named as the firm’s new chief executive.
