Adam Ellis graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a degree in graphic design. He then spent five years with London-based brand specialists Ziggurat, joining Coley Porter Bell in 1999 which led to the role of design director, following a stint a Elmwood he is currently creative director of The Cabinet.
Over the years he has accumulated many creative awards including D&AD, Design Week, Donside Gold, Mobius Gold and Design Effectiveness.
Ellis has been a D&AD judge and has written many design focused articles for journals such as Creative Review, Graphics International and Marketing.
During his career he has worked on many blue chip brands including Cadbury’s, Unilever, Coca Cola, ICI, GlaxoSmithklein Beecham, Nestlé, Seagram’s and Pernod Ricard.
