In this day and age we are no strangers to weird limited edition trainers (ranging from Kanye Adidas boots, to Marty McFly Nike sneaks to Reebok’s Alien stompers) but a new partnership from Nike probably takes the biscuit and dips it head-first into a cup of tea.

US sports apparel company Nike has seemingly released an unofficial Starbucks trainer, based upon the style of its SB Dunk Lows.

Adorning the sneaks is a swirling, brown coffee bean design offset with the company’s iconic green hue.

The limited edition trainers will set coffee-trainer fanatics (is that a thing?) back $100.

So if you're in the market for footwear that defines your love of coffee, these are probably for you.

Nike has previously rolled out a Krispy Krene-inspired trainer so this is likely part of that wider strategy.
