Mother London has been appointed the global agency of record to represent none other than Jesus.

The firm was appointed without a pitch and will have no roster agencies. Mother will be responsible for all of Jesus’ cross-platform marketing needs as he visits London this week.

On the appointment, Jesus said: “It’s a leap of faith, but I’m excited about it.”

Mother creative chief Robert Saville and company co-founder Mark Waites declined to comment on Jesus’ trip to the UK.

Jesus, a regular on Hollywood Boulevard is a regular guess on TMZ and has had Steve Tyler of Aerosmith write the song ‘Street Jesus’.

The firm is running the hashtag #IfoundJesusinLondon and is encouraging those lucky enough to meet Jesus to share their selfies and and experiences on Twitter, Instagram and Tumblr.
