The Common Linnets will win Eurovision, social media predicts

Dutch band The Common Linnets are the frontrunners to win Eurovision, social monitoring company Ebuzzing predicts.

Ebuzzing Labs looked at 144,000 publications, and the 3,744 comments & 3,871 Facebook interactions on the 350 YouTube videos posted by Eurovision Song Contest and the Eurovision Song Contest website.

The Common Linnets racked up 38,733 mentions.

Britain’s own Molly Smitten singing “Children of the Universe” comes in fifth place (2,009 mentions), after Spanish singer, Ruth Lorenzo (13,433); Italy’s Emma Marrone (11,607); and Austrian drag queen Conchita Wurst (3,460).
