Should you feed the trolls?: man takes to Twitter to complain of burns after ‘making love’ to Domino’s Pizza
Domino’s Pizza is being praised on Twitter for its straight replies to a troll who contacted the food brand to complain that he suffered burns after ‘making love to your pizza’.Following the American Pie-style comment, the chain suggested that the man contact the company’s head office, before adding that it would ‘look for a way to notify customers of [the dangers of] this in future.’There are dangers in replying to trolls, and many companies strongly adhere to the policy of not ‘feeding the trolls’ by ignoring such comments left on Twitter. The troll in question has also tweeted Dream beds and Xbox making sexual comments, neither or which have replied.Should brands reply to trolls on social media, or is this a bad idea? What do you think?

@indiantank @ITK_AGENT_VIGO It is definitely recommended, as that is not what is expected of our pizzas. We raised them better than that!
