Wilkinson Sword invites public to help save or shave Santa after he is taken hostage by elves
Santa has been taken hostage by a group of disgruntled elves who want to promote their own role at Christmas, the latest campaign from Wilkinson Sword reveals.
The man himself has been tied to a chair in an undisclosed location, with the elves debating whether or not they will shave off his beard because ‘he only works one day a year’ and probably spends the rest of the time ‘under the mistletoe with your mum’.
Footage of the ransom has now gone live where the public will then have the option to shave or save Santa and ultimately decide his fate, with the public then able to tweet their decision through the hashtags #ISavedSanta or #IShavedSanta.
