Chloe Deltufo

Fine Art and English Literature Graduate from Aberystwyth University. Painter. My recent series of circular paintings are informed by the phenomenon of light and colour travelling through glass. My focus was to observe this process, and translate the sensation I was fixated by, into my own images. The beginning of this series came from what I was seeing within a crystal ball but quickly developed into a personal, abstracted process where I allowed the paint to dictate the way forward. The result was the creation of circular worlds, atmospheres and portals which aimed to transport the viewer to another place, space or feeling.
