As a visual communicator, I find it easier to communicate thoughts and ideas through drawings. When the global pandemic happened I noticed that it not only affected our day to day life, it also had an impact on our mental health and overall well being. I found myself inspired to create a series of drawings that illustrate different ways our minds work. From the way, ideas are born to the overwhelming process of overthinking, anxiety, happiness and much more. Perhaps having it all illustrated could help us all communicate it better.

I am a graduate of the Illustration and Visual Communication course at the University of Westminster. I enjoy finding beauty in things that may not seem so beautiful or interesting at first, therefore, my practice is driven by simple everyday life and my not-so-simple mind. I analyse and question everything that I see, which is why I often get inspired by the way things could be. With a strong belief that visual language can speak louder than words and that it is one of the best forms of communication, I try to depict various topics and ideas in ways that are interesting, attention-grabbing yet easily understood.
