Laying the foundations for social success

Expanding our extensive property marketing portfolio with Berkeley.

We were approached by prestigious property developers, Berkeley Group, to develop and manage an ongoing social media marketing strategy for two of their developments, Goodman's Fields and Woodberry Down.

Three steps to social success

Our three-stage methodology; the right content for the right audiences at the right time:

1. Using sophisticated social listening tools, we track online conversations surrounding Berkeley's developments, building detailed profiles of both customers and target audiences.

2. We then leverage these insights to create targeted social media content, inspiring interest in the developments and local areas and driving lead generation.

3. Finally, through the use of specialist reporting tools we monitor the success of our social media campaigns. This allows us to constantly analyse, inform and improve the strategy.
