You've probably seen Turner's hire vans driving around too.

Turner's old website copy was very corporate, and not very informative. So I met them for a couple of days to talk about who they were, and what they did. They came across as a friendly but genuinely conscientious company - two very valuable qualities. So we agreed these qualities should influence the writing on their website.

The new version of Turner's website more accurately reflects the company's very positive attitude. The tone is more conversational and approachable, and the corporate and industry jargon has been heavily culled. And all this was aided by a simpler, responsive redesign by Civic
