What it has instead is 300+ years of expertise and perspective from regulating and overseeing the activity of the Lloyd’s insurance marketplace. Steeped in tradition, negative connotations of working in the city and challenges to diversify its talent pool, Lloyd’s partnered with us to develop and launch a new emerging talent brand to attract a wider range of candidates for its internships, apprenticeships and graduate programmes.
