Unidays has launched a virtual studio dedicated to creating youth generated content - for students, by students, with Adobe as the debut partner

Recruiting from their 17M global Gen Z members and partnering with the 800 big brands already using the student affinity app, Studio X will nurture a bank of aspiring young creators including filmmakers, illustrators, designers, photographers, social media creators and writers.

Students with a creative flair will have the chance to receive paid work experience on live commercial projects, with real KPI’s, real results and crucially, real deadlines. Studio X will provide invaluable experience to practical education and personal development. The internships provide a platform for students to express ideas, an opportunity to collaborate on live projects with big brands and above all, are fully paid.

Adobe, one of the world’s leading software companies, has signed up to be the first brand to support and collaborate with the students of Studio X. Each student creator will be provided with a one year’s subscription of Adobe Creative Cloud and an Adobe expert will present to the cohort in the kick-off briefing for the programme.

Unidays brand partners will be offered unrivalled access to a creative pool whose insight and experience would bring campaigns, products and services to life to engage a notoriously elusive and fickle demographic.

"The Studio X initiative will encourage and assist students from all walks of life to create meaningful career defining moments using the power of creativity. Teaming up with Unidays further empowers our mission to enable Creativity for All by helping next gen creators realise their potential and giving them the tools to achieve great things.” Simon Morris, senior director, campaign marketing for Adobe’s digital media business in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)

Studio X will help tackle a key barrier to breaking into the industry and assist aspiring young creators from a diverse range of backgrounds in creating meaningful career defining moments. Unidays plan to build a community of like-minded individuals, that celebrates endless creativity and endless possibilities - all under the guidance and mentorship of the team of Unidays curators.

“We are calling on all student creative rebels. Whether graphic-design renegades, AR artists, masters of TikTok transitions or gifted writers, we want to reward passionate creatives from all disciplines with paid mentorships, experiences and opportunities to have fun and take a step towards realising their ambitions.” Josh Rathour, founder and ceo Unidays

Each Creator will be paid £500.00 for their services. In return, Unidays will utilise up to 50 hours of their time (minimum wage for 21-24 year olds is £8.21 and Unidays will be offering £10 an hour minimum). As part of the work experience students will also receive 1:1 mentorship from a member of the Unidays team.
