Creative and interactive permanent retail display that embodies the brand

Maximise use of the allocated space with an installation that has the perfect balance between creativity, interactivity & brand projection. This installation must be special, matching the ideology and prestige of this Harvey Norman Sydney Flagship store.

With communication from the Shopfitting team at Harvey Norman throughout the conceptual design process helped guide how this solution could be physically realized to its absolute maximum potential, pushing the boundaries & limitations of the footprint. Further insight from consumers throughout years of market-testing reassured us that the direction of interactivity on a grand platform would be perfectly suited for this placement.

Results have been measured 2 ways: first, by benchmarking XBOX category sales before & after installation/store refit: Expectations have been surpassed with a measured increase of holistic XBOX category sales advancing beyond 35%. In addition to these outstanding statistics, there’s also a noted increase of customers purchasing XBOX consoles for home-entertainment purposes in conjunction with a new TV purchase.

Feedback from 3 department-specific staff members we sought consultation with all advised that this destination continues to create intrigue with the customers. Being a demonstration/interactivity bias display sees this footprint always populated with people from all ages testing the latest content loaded onto the kiosk. This feedback is spectacular because interactivity & engagement is a cornerstone of the XBOX objective.
