So Marketing, a multi-award-winning creative agency, has expanded its offering with the launch of new marketing services across its London and Staffordshire offices

With a long-established reputation for award-winning website design and development services, over the years So Marketing has grown a large client base who rely on the agency for digital support. During 2020, the agency saw the demand for digital marketing services skyrocket, with clients turning to the agency for more support at a tumultuous time for many businesses.

Developing organically from the increased client demand, So Marketing sought to deliver a broader range of services based around digital and content marketing. Through the appointment of two new hires, the services have been a success and continue to grow.

Chelsea Spencer joined So Marketing as marketing manager in July 2020. Previously having a role that encompassed content marketing and account management at a brand and marketing agency, Chelsea offered a strategic and client-focused approach to the development of the new services. Since joining, Chelsea has developed digital and content marketing services, delivering them to existing clients and winning new business contracts. She will continue to lead the services, delivering to clients nationally by spending time at both the London and Staffordshire locations once restrictions are lifted.

After the successful launch and ever-growing demand for SEO and paid media services, Rebecca Farnell joined the agency as digital marketing executive in March 2021. With three years of industry experience and a specialism in SEO, SEM, and paid social advertising, Rebecca is a welcome addition to the team and will play a key role in further service delivery.

James Aberley, senior partner, states: “We've always been cautious about implementing new services as we like to do things well or not at all. So building on the appointment of our in-house marketing manager last year, we have responded to client demands for more digital marketing support and are delighted that we now have a more comprehensive offering for our clients in both London and Staffordshire.”
