After the success the Bulletproof Agency Network event in Manchester recently, the team are delighted to announce our first workshop event to be held on the 22nd November in Manchester

About this Event

This is all thanks to Sarah McKenna, who was an amazing keynote speaker at September's event. She has kindly offered to donate her time to help agency owners build their agencies stronger, with clear direction and an empowered workforce.

As with all Bulletproof Agency Network events, we do charge, but ticket proceeds all go to charity

The day will be split into two core sessions, appropriately sized so they will be fully interactive.

Each workshop will be split into the format below

(1) Setting the scene

Framing the subject, outlining definitions and explaining key concepts

(2) Solutions

Practical advice on what an agency should do, or as importantly should not do, and why

(3) Discussion

Open forum for agencies to share experiences, raise problems and ask questions

Morning Session: The Strategy (10am to 12pm)

In the morning workshop we will outline how to set an effective strategy for small agency business. From there you will learn how to undertake realistic planning to implement the strategy successfully, followed by a guide on what a sound KPI pack should look like

Afternoon Session: The Humans (1pm to 3pm)

The second part of the workshop will focus on any agency's best asset; the people. Starting from the top with how to be an effective leader to get the best performance from your employees, the session will move to those you bring on the journey. From how to identify and prevent problem employees slipping through the net through to ways to keep your star performers

There will be regular breaks within the sessions, and lunch will be provided
