Create interest and desire for a new sustainable Grade II listed development in Exeter offering designer homes, outstanding offices and high-tech leisure facilities. A luxurious ethos of community, wellbeing and sustainability.

THE SOLUTION

We created a luxurious 30 page, printed, lay flat brochure with an elegant uncoated paper stock cover with bronze foil logo to tell the Winslade Park story and generate pre-launch enquiries.
