GSK has a new global website built by RY’s digital team
The launch comes as GSK separates its consumer healthcare business to become fully focused on biopharma innovation. Going forward, the company will increase its emphasis on R&D and advanced technologies with a new purpose: to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.
Ahead of this change, GSK needed a website that would both reflect this bold new direction and bring to life a new brand identity – so it came to us.
Working hand-in-hand with GSK we designed a new, category-defining website. Built using agile principles and a process that saw us manage contributions from more than 150 GSK stakeholders, the new gsk.com delivers fluid, dynamic experiences for a diverse range of global audiences. The living, breathing site informs and engages audiences through movement, echoing GSK’s constantly evolving, forward-looking and increasingly digitised nature.
Paired with the vibrant new visual identity, a seamless new user experience captures the warmth and energy inherent to both the organisation and the healthcare sector itself. The site delivers a pared-back, immersive and Netflix-style approach to content that conveys the collaborative intent behind GSK’s ‘Ahead together’ strategy.
