February 3, 2020

THE PRODUCERS WINS CANAL AND RIVER TRUST AWARENESS WEEK PROJECT.

The Producers, part of the PrettyGreen Group, is excited to announce that it will be working with Canal & River Trust to activate the first ever mass awareness week to help tackle the problem of plastics across the country's waterways. The Producers will be managing the awareness week activations and working closely with the Canal & River Trust's Campaigns and Events team to deliver the project.

Emma Aitken, National Campaigns & Events Manager for Canal & River Trust, said: “We’re really excited to be working with The Producers on our first-ever mass awareness week to tackle the issue of plastics on the nation’s canals and rivers. We want to localise a global issue by giving the communities along our waterways the chance to take action on their doorstep.”

Emily Koppit, Group Account Director for The Producers, said “The Canal & River Trust are doing some amazing work to localise the global issue of climate change, we are really excited to work with them to be a part of making a real change and are looking forward to activating their first ever mass awareness week.”
