PMG Opens Early Careers Leadership Programs to Class of 2022

Recent and upcoming graduates are now able to apply for their career advancement at PMG, the independent digital company where new graduates get specialized career training in marketing, media, technology, data and creative through the world-renowned Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) and the newly established Professional Leadership Program (PLP).
The programs offer hands–on opportunities for early career professionals to continue their learning while building their digital careers at one of the Best Places to Work in advertising The GLP is for recent and upcoming college graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s and no previous experience, while the PLP offers a rotational curriculum for graduates from Masters, MBA, or P.h.D programs with two or more years of experience looking to make an impact through digital business transformation.

Program participants join PMG as full-time hires with full salary and benefits. Last year, PMG graduated its largest and most diverse GLP class ever, and participants are now working on global initiatives for brands like Athleta, Sephora, Beats by Dre, Hyperice, and Glossier, among others.
The programs will be hosted in PMG’s Dallas office, with relocation opportunities available upon completing the full program.
