Guaranteed minimum 4% pay rise for all staff annually

PinPoint Media have recently announced a guaranteed annual 4% pay rise for their team. This annual pay uplift, which will not be dependent on company performance, is due to be paid to all permanent members of staff in January each year.

According to forecasting, earnings in the United Kingdom increased by 3.1 percent in 2021 and are due to hold steady in 2022, not rising to 3.3 percent until 2023. PinPoint Media are bucking this trend by offering their guaranteed 4 percent rise. This sees the company well above the average for private businesses in the UK and far above the media industry.

The company is making this investment in their current team whilst also hiring for an additional 10 roles as part of their aggressive growth plans for 2021-22. Alongside this guaranteed annual pay rise, staff members at PinPoint Media also have access to additional monetary benefits such as referral bonuses, work anniversary bonuses, a monthly recognition scheme, company improvement scheme and end of year awards.

Other non-monetary employee benefits include bi-annual social events, quarterly incentives, and progression plans.
