ORM wins website strategy and design pitch for HomeServe

We’re pleased to announce that ORM has been awarded the contract for HomeServe’s new website strategy and design. The multinational home emergency repairs and improvements business has been looking for an agency to partner with on its digital transformation plans. ORM is part of Paragon Customer Communications, who already has an existing relationship with HomeServe, managing the execution of all marketing and transactional communication in the UK.
The digital engagement will involve a complete overhaul of the existing website for HomeServe to make digital the primary customer acquisition channel. ORM will harness a team of designers, content and experience strategists to collaborate with HomeServe’s technical development teams. There is also a suite of other initiatives that HomeServe is keen to explore alongside this initial scope of work.
