OMD wins Stada pharmaceuticals remit across EMEA

OMD has been appointed by global pharmaceutical company STADA as its media planning and buying agency across the EMEA region. As one of the fastest-growing consumer healthcare businesses across Europe, with total sales of €3.0B in 2020, this is the first time the business has been consolidated across the region, presenting a new opportunity for STADA to use OMD’s scale to drive growth and efficiency across local markets.

Throughout the four-month review, led by media advisor Media Sense, OMD demonstrated a “Locally Led, Regionally Connected” philosophy. The gap of 16% far exceeds deltas previously seen by the leading agency and its nearest competitor.
