Dramatising J

P. Morgan’s winning combination of cutting edge technology and traditional values

The Challenge

Following a $12 billion investment in technology, J.P. Morgan’s Digital Markets team needed to dramatise their position as the emerging leader in technology and innovation for trading.

They needed to communicate how their cutting-edge technology and history of reliable and trustworthy banking create a market-leading service for their customers.

The Solution

We developed a digital content campaign across paid and owned channels to reposition the J.P. Morgan Digital Markets team.

The campaign was built around ‘evergreen’ hero content focused on expert points of view delivered by J.P. Morgan’s team, this core content was released over time, and promoted in tactical paid and owned media, including landing pages, social media assets and digital ads.

Results

In the first two months, the campaign generated over one million views of our hero content, making it one of J.P. Morgan’s best-performing digital campaigns in recent years.

Through effective UX design and compelling, relevant content, user engagement was kept higher and longer. Most sessions had a five min+ average view time – with record sessions of more than 20 minutes.
