After winning the Drum Search Awards, in more good news for the London-based startup digital agency, the Campaign group in their annual ‘Best Places to Work’ have named NOVOS in their country-wide listing of best workplaces for 2021
It has also coincided with their ‘Great Place to Work’ certification where it was successful in gaining a trust score of 97% — higher than the industry benchmark — and a silver at the Company Culture Awards — adding to the enthusiasm of the team.

The list of the Best Places to Work was created by Campaign and Best Companies Group. This survey and award programme was designed to identify, recognise and honour the best places of employment in the marketing, advertising and media profession.
Organisations from across the UK entered the two-part survey process to determine the campaign's Best Places to Work. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top organisations and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration, survey and analysis process and determined the final rankings.
