Increasing Brand Profile and Online Sales
Crew Clothing operates over 60 stores across the UK but was not maximising the potential of online sales. Our objective was to strengthen the brand’s online presence and increase sales cost effectively.
Using our Mercury platform, we identified a large number of relevant keywords that would deliver the substantial increase in traffic we were seeking. Using click path analysis we examined the customer journey in detail in order to ensure that our paid search campaign was resonating with consumers at whatever stage they were in the purchasing process.
In the first three months since we took over the Crew account, we grew sales by 71% year on year, reduced cost per acquisition by 57% and increased click through rate by 157%.
