When Clarins asked us to help them improve their in-store consultation process, we went one step further – designing and building a bespoke iPad app called Clarins Connect.
This helpful tool optimises and streamlines how Clarins Beauty Advisors interact with their customers. The app records conversations, captures data, and helps generate leads – allowing Beauty Advisors to skip the paperwork, and focus fully on the customer.
Since rollout, we’ve continued to support the app, with Clarins Connect having generated millions of sales across the UK. It's now live in more than 200 stores, with 305k new customers registered via the app - and £21.6 million in sales.
