Mention Me and Ometria form partnership to revolutionise referral for leading retailers

Referral marketing and customer retention platform Mention Me and customer marketing platform Ometria have formed a partnership. It means that, for the first time in the martech space, brands can promote personalised referral at scale​.

The integration, which requires no client-side tech work to set up, empowers online retailers to provide a seamless customer experience that maximises referral conversions.

The partnership also means brands can:

● Eliminate time spent manually uploading data

● Seamlessly enrich the single customer view with referral data

● Use customers’ referral behavioural data to create marketing automation segments and triggers

● Increase new customer acquisition and repeat purchases

Features such as personalised referral landing pages, targeted email campaigns, and real-time data sync across the Mention Me and Ometria platforms enhance the customer experience to drive more referrals. It also gives retailers more opportunities to engage with customers using different messaging, such as exclusive discounts for VIP customers, reminders to use referral codes before expiry, or offers for recommended products.
