As of October 2023, M&C Saatchi's Global PR agency, TALK has been appointed by Elizabeth Arden, the prestige beauty brand with a rich heritage in skincare, colour and fragrance, as lead agency for its Global consumer PR account
M&C Saatchi TALK will develop brand strategy and creative from a central hub in London, creating campaigns to lead consistent conversations for Elizabeth Arden in multiple global markets.
It will also partner with local agencies across the world to activate these campaigns and further establish the Elizabeth Arden brand as a prestigious and pioneering brand in beauty.
Elizabeth Arden looked for an agency with an understanding of global conversation, beauty category expertise and connections in their key markets of US, UK and China.
M&C Saatchi Talk was appointed after a competitive pitch process. The London-based agency attributes its success to its global perspective from the ‘middle’ of markets both culturally and geographically, as well as its flexible, independent agency model.
M&C Saatchi TALK launched its network of independent agency partners, SERMO, in 2009. It can flex to work with existing client structures, provide networked agency support, or a mix of both. It means client needs are put first, rather than being forced into a rigid agency model.
