Zanna Gibson moves to account director role
It is with real excitement and great pleasure we are announcing the promotion of Rosanna Gibson from Senior Event Producer to Account Director
During her 4 years at Marble, Zanna has grown enormously in her abilities and skill set, playing a huge part in not only shaping her own position, but the company as a whole.
Zanna plays a key role on some of our biggest client projects both pre and post-Covid, championing the likes of Live Well, Micheal Kors, and transforming Boden Press day into the digital world with outstanding reviews and feedback.
In the past year in particular, Zanna has driven some of our long standing clients to continue having events through this time. Carving her way as a leader in the producer department, showing outstanding creativity skills, being a fantastic team player and helping others out consistently she has really grown her skill set, her management, and knowledge across the board, and taken every opportunity to advance herself.
She has continued throughout her journey within Marble to be collaborative, creative, build strong lasting relationships, motivate and inspire the team and drive togetherness, ensuring her work ethic, dedication and growth, aligns with Marble's core values always.
"2020 was a year of getting out of our comfort zone, with us all having to work in new ways and develop our skills fast. Zanna did this with vigour. She really is the go-to Marble representative for her clients, a key point for an Account Director. This was especially apparent most recently, when she supported and led Boden through their new format of a virtual event. Throughout all her work in 2020 her strong understanding of what her clients wished to achieve with their marketing strategies set strong foundations for some excellent proposals. She knows the direction in which they need to go in with their experience, and has the vision and strong sense of creative which enables her to bring this to fruition - whether this is in proposal format or the real McCoy."
