When The Grocer Magazine challenged us to create a fermented breakfast that would appeal to British consumers we went for a healthy option with a twist

Sourdough has been around for centuries, is a staple for those with gluten intolerance and has impressive health benefits.

The doughnut, on the other hand, has long had a reputation of being unhealthy.

Let’s change that.

SOURDONUTS are baked not fried, and come with a range of sweet and savoury DIY dunkables such as Kefir yoghurts, jams, preserves and sprinkles.

They are sold in individual stacking pots so customers can pick’n’mix and personalise their fun, healthy, on-the-go breakfast experience.
