Could we make their buying journey work harder?


Bupa came to us looking for quick wins in converting sales on their current site, as well as challenging us to revamp the user experience entirely. We liked the sound of that.


Design sprint workshops helped us reimagine the entire user experience, increasing conversion and revenue at every step. We then created prototypes for testing across 4 groups of real customers.


We created a frictionless journey, ensuring that customers were only ever a click away from the information they needed. This simplicity enabled Bupa to process more sales.


By using real insurance customers to test our prototypes, we were able to get a detailed understanding of what made different audiences tick.
