Jellyfish drives creative vision forward with new appointment

Jellyfish is excited to announce the appointment of Gabriela Lungu as VP Creative.
Lungu started her new position at Jellyfish earlier this month, assuming a creative leadership role to shape the creative output across several markets for the company’s top clients. She also joins the Jellyfish global creative leadership team responsible for driving the company’s creative vision and transformation.

Gabriela is an executive creative director with rare multidisciplinary expertise and a deep understanding of multi-platform thinking and techniques across the entire funnel, having worked successfully in top agencies specialised in brand advertising, social media, PR, experiential, activation, as well as client-side in digital and brand marketing.

Her most recent role with an agency was at VMLY&R Commerce UK, where she was responsible for global brands such as Diageo / Baileys / Guinness and Coca-Cola / Costa Coffee. Previously, she worked in London at TBWA, leading the creative work for Airbnb, as well as the launch of a new agency product (Disruption LIVE - creating ideas at the speed of culture) and at Weber Shandwick as the agency’s first Chief Creative Officer for the UK and EMEA.
Gabriela Lungu is multi-awarded and is often part of the jury for A-list creative competitions. She’s also a keynote speaker and trainer on all things creative, invited to major international industry events, including Cannes Lions School, D&AD Academy and the Festival of Marketing, and involved in several industry diversity initiatives.
