Digital marketing agency Impression has been crowned Partner Agency of the Year in the Microsoft Advertising Partner Awards, winning against respectable national competition

The agency was credited for its continuous hard work and community support throughout the pandemic, and its the second award won by Impression in the last 12 months. Last year Impression won the gold prize in Microsoft's Get to Green Contest and donated their cash prize to the Nottingham Robin Hood Fund.

James Webster, ecommerce PPC specialist at Impression, was also named a runner up in the Trailblazer of the Year category. Commenting on the win, James said:

“We became a Select Microsoft Partner at the start of 2020 and through our partnership, we’ve been able to help our clients develop and grow their business online. Having this status allows us to gain access to the latest insights and beta features. This means that we are at the forefront of digital marketing on the platform, able to support our clients with unique strategies that will keep them ahead of their competition. Last year was a tough year for businesses across the board and we’re grateful that we were able to overcome some of our client’s challenges with Microsoft Advertising solutions.

These awards see entries from across the whole of Europe and we were delighted to hear that we’d been shortlisted. To take that one step further and win is an amazing accolade. We’ll continue to develop our partnership with Microsoft, using its products and services to help our clients differentiate and innovate.”

Impression is currently hiring for a number of roles across the business to support its rapidly growing client portfolio. So far this year, the agency has welcomed three new recruits to its SEO team and a further two to its paid media team. It expects to create up to an additional eight roles before December.
