Identity has expanded its senior leadership team

Nicola Bateman-Phillips has over 20 years’ experience leading award-winning teams in events, media and marketing services. Nicola joins as Identity’s growth director and most recently led the maritime, energy and agra business at Informa Plc.

Joining as People and culture director is Mary Carter-Lee, whose passion for employee engagement has been forged over a 20+ year career in HR in sectors including hospitality, health and manufacturing. Mary has managed HR teams at brands including Parker Pen and the Royal Automotive Club.
