iCrossing rated ‘outstanding’ in the ‘Best Companies to Work For’ survey

Digital marketing agency, iCrossing is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a two star accreditation in the ‘Best Companies to Work For’ survey, rating them as ‘outstanding’ with their employees for overall work satisfaction.

The company first took part in the Best Companies workplace engagement survey in 2009, where it was listed in the ‘ones to watch’ category and has risen through the ranks ever since.

The Best Companies methodology includes independent and confidential surveys of employees on eight key areas; leadership and managers, personal growth and wellbeing, working in teams, giving something back to society; engagement with their job and organisation and how satisfied the employees are with their pay and benefits.

iCrossing recently launched a fully updated benefits scheme called ‘iCrossing Care’ (iCare) to ensure their rewards and benefits not only remain competitive but relevant and useful to their diverse mix of employees.

Latest additions to iCare include an all staff health cash plan, regular free Monday breakfasts to kick start the week, £1000 refer a friend bonus, baby bonus, a cycle to work scheme and workplace parking. The scheme also funds popular activities – ranging from the iCrossing Football team and visiting the opera to having a massage at work.
