Forrester Research has assessed the full-service loyalty marketing vendor marketplace in a single report, and ICF Next (or predecessor companies) have been included in every report since 2013. In 2019, as the loyalty marketing landscape continues to evolve and attract new players, Forrester split the report into two separate reports—one focused on technology platforms and the other focused on the various professional and agency services offered by loyalty marketing firms.
Last quarter, we were named a “Leader” in The Forrester Wave™: Loyalty Technology Platforms, Q2 2019. And most recently, ICF Next was named a “Strong Performer” in The Forrester Wave™: Loyalty Service Providers, Q3 2019.
