The Cherry on Top: Rebuilding Livia’s Website
In early 2019, vegan, free-from gluten and dairy, sweet treat brand, Livia’s Kitchen made the bold decision to rebrand as Livia’s. FX Digital were delighted to be invited along on the journey and were tasked with designing a fresh new website to match Livia’s strong new brand identity.
Livia’s were keen to improve the UX on their site, with a particular focus on building and enhancing the e-commerce functions to aid online revenue, a rapidly growing part of their business.
Furthermore, with 70% of their web traffic on mobile and an outdated website that was not fit for purpose, it was essential for FX Digital to craft a stunning UI and UX across mobile and tablet devices.
FX Digital set about building a website that matched Livia’s brand: free-from clutter and easy on the eye. We created a visually appealing, well organised site which vastly improves the user experience and works seamlessly across mobile and desktop.
Aside from the aesthetic enhancements, FX Digital created an account function whereby users can track their orders and view their order history. We also introduced an automated emailing system which keeps users updated on their order and opens up email marketing opportunities for Livia’s. Finally, we integrated Apple and Google Pay for a more efficient check-out process.
